I've been a patient of Ai Family Dental for several years now and I can confidently say that it's been an exceptional experience every time I visit. From the moment I walk in, the friendly front desk staff greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel at ease. Best dental office I have ever been to! I have been seeing Dr. Liao since 2013. The staff is extremely nice and very understanding. Dr. Liao is very thorough and professional. He goes over everything in detail and makes sure that I am comfortable with the plan before moving on. He is very patient-centered and provides honest and realistic treatment plans. If you are looking for highly-skilled, most down-to-earth dentist, this is the place!

Dr. Liao has been providing excellent, caring service to me, my wife and family for several years. During this time, he has performed regular cleaning check ups, X-rays, cavity/fillings, crowns, wisdom tooth withdrawal, and more. Also, he has provided my wife with special care for long standing bone damage that was caused by periodontal disease before we started to see him. She is in great shape now! Thank you Dr. Liao! The dental assistants are also very skilled, patient and careful when you’re in the chair. Lastly, the office staff are all professional, knowledgeable folk that always make me feel welcome. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would!

This place is really great. The waiting room is calm and they have a small area for children to play with toys while they wait. My waiting time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday. The receptionist was super sweet both in person and over the phone. Same thing can be said about the dentist and assistant. I waited no time at all for them to come to my room. I mentioned that I normally wait like 30 minutes to be seen at other places and the guy mentioned that they see one patient at a time compared to others who try to see 5 patients in an hour. I like that! I was given a small bag with a toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste. Just an all around great visit! My main favorite part is the fact that they didn’t try to convince me to take out my wisdom teeth. It’s the first place that didn’t even mention it.

From the receptionist to the doctor and dental hygienist, everyone will treat you with courtesy. You can rest assured that we will explain the treatment costs and insurance coverage in detail. There are also Japanese staff, so even if you are not good at English, you can use it without worry!
